신비의 세계
마음의 창을통해 바라본 세상은 어떤세상일까?
그시간의 기억과 추억이 공존하기도 하고, 감정의 물결에 몸을실어 미지의 세계를 항해하기도한다.
힘든 작업과정에서 얻어진 결정체들은 도자기 보석으로, 때로는 영롱한 밤하늘로 자유롭게 하늘을 나는 새로 승화된다.
가마에 수없이 반복되며 들어가는 과정도, 유약의 결정체를 만들어 내기위해 어렵게 작업하는 수고로움도 나에게는 작업과 함께하는 삶의 여정이 되었다.
도자기가 캔버스(canvas)가되고, 그림으로 빚고, 그리는 도자회화의 세계는 세라믹아트(ceramic art)의 무한한 가능성과함께 도자회화의 새로운 패러다임(paradigm)으로 정착되기를 바란다.

Mysterious World
What kind of world do you see through the window of your heart?
Memories of that time coexist, sometimes voyaging into an unknown world on a wave of emotions.
The crystals obtained in the hard work process are sublimated into porcelain jewels, sometimes into a brilliant night sky, and into a bird flying freely in the sky.
The repeated process of entering the kiln and the hard work to create crystals of glaze became a journey of my life.
It is my hope that the world of ceramic painting, where ceramics becomes a canvas on which painting is carved and drawn, will be settled as a new paradigm of ceramic painting along with the infinite possibilities of ceramic art.
