2010 공모전에 이어 2011 ABLE FINE ART NY GALLERY 공모전을 개최합니다. 이번 공모전은 세계 현대미술의 중심에 위치한 뉴욕 첼시에서의 전시를 통해 전세계 유수한 갤러리와 함께 성장 해 나갈 경쟁력 있는 작가 발굴을 위한 공모로서 선정작가에게는 갤러리에서의 전시기회가 주어지며, 각종 페어참여 기회를 얻게 됩니다. 미술 전반적인 분야에 활동하고 있는 열정적이고 역량있는 작가들의 많은 참여를 바랍니다.

2011 Able Fine Art NY Gallery International Art Competition

Following the success of the 2010 contest, Able Fine Art NY Gallery, which is located in the heart of Chelsea, New York City, is hosting an international contest in 2011. By this contest, we aim to unveil their talent and artistic potential to the world. We are encouraging young aspiring international artists to submit their portfolio. The winners of this competition will be provided with the opportunity to exhibit in various art fairs in Korea and New York City, as well as participating in a group exhibition in our gallery.

Requirements

1. Address : 511 West 25th Street, Suite 507, New York, NY. 10001

2. Art Medium : Painting, Photography, Installation, Sculpture, and Multi-media

3. Candidates : Students majoring in Fine Art and Professional Artists

4. Application requirements :

       - 5 pieces of recent artwork (within 2 years)

       - Artist’s Biography

       - Artist’s Statement on 1-page

5. Application Fee : $60(USD)

6. Application Deadline : January, 10, 2011

  2011-May 10, 2011.

- Invitation to attend the SOAF(Seoul Open Art Fair), KIAF(Korea International Art Fair), 2011.

- Advertised in ArtNews and other magazines, as well as on our website.
